MPLEX Technologies Limited ("MPLEX", "we") is a company registered in Jamaica with offices in Kingston. This policy explains how we collect and use personal data through this website, in line with the Jamaica Data Protection Act, 2020 and, for visitors in the European Union and United Kingdom, the GDPR.

What we collect

  • Details you send us through our contact and quote forms: your name, email address, company and message.
  • Basic technical information needed to run and protect the website, such as your IP address, used for spam and abuse prevention.
  • Anonymous usage statistics. Our analytics do not use cookies or identify you personally.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare proposals you ask for, and provide our services. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for up to two years after our last contact, unless you become a client, in which case we keep records as long as required by law.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to host this website and send email (Amazon Web Services) and to block spam (Cloudflare). They process data on our behalf and only as we instruct.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the Office of the Information Commissioner in Jamaica.
